Compatibility

Making sure the part fits

Every product page states which bikes it has been checked against. Here is what those labels mean and how to confirm your own bike.

What the labels mean

Confirmed compatible

We have fitted this part to the listed models, or the manufacturer publishes it as a direct replacement. Order with confidence if your brand, model and year appear.

Compatible with conditions

The part fits the listed models with a caveat — a specific frame revision, connector type or an additional adapter. The condition is written on the product page.

Compatibility not yet confirmed

Dimensions suggest a fit but we have not verified it on that model. Compare the published measurements against your bike before ordering.

Three checks before you order

  1. 1

    Identify the model and year

Frame number, hinge casting number and battery label are the reliable sources.

  2. 2

Match the interface, not the brand

For electrical parts, match voltage and connector. For brakes, match pad shape and rotor diameter. For tyres, match the ISO size on the sidewall.

  3. 3

Measure the part you are replacing

Where a listing is marked unconfirmed, a caliper measurement of the old part against our published dimensions settles it.
