We currently ship orders primarily from our warehouse facilities in China.

Our main international markets include the United States, Canada, and selected European countries.

Shipping availability depends on the product, destination, carrier restrictions, and applicable import regulations.

2. Order Processing Time

Our estimated order processing time is 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.

Processing times may be longer for customized products, pre-orders, out-of-stock items, or orders requiring additional verification.

If an order cannot be processed within the stated timeframe, we will provide an update and comply with applicable consumer rights.

3. Estimated Shipping and Delivery Times

Our current estimated international shipping times are:

Important: These are estimated transit times after dispatch and do not include the 2–5 business days required for order processing.

The estimates are preliminary and subject to confirmation with our shipping partners. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, product availability, shipping method, customs clearance, and local conditions.

Any product-specific or destination-specific delivery estimate provided before checkout will take precedence where applicable.

If delivery is delayed, customers retain all rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Shipping Methods

We use international shipping services based on product size, weight, destination, and shipping restrictions.

  • Small replacement parts and accessories may be shipped through international parcel or express delivery services.

  • Bicycles and larger products may be transported using specialized international freight or parcel services.

  • Lithium batteries and certain electrical products may require special handling, approved carriers, or restricted shipping routes.

Available shipping methods will depend on the order and destination.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on the products ordered, package dimensions, weight, destination, and available shipping method.
